For the author: what the terms need to state

A checklist for the supplied terms. It is not terms text.

The program name, who sends the messages, and what they contain.
How a person opts in, and that opting in is not a condition of anything else.
Expected message frequency.
That message and data rates may apply.
How to stop (STOP) and get help (HELP), and the contact for support.
Carrier liability language and a link to the privacy policy.
